Q: How much does it cost for you to build and install a mailbox?
A: Prices start at $268, that includes OUPS utility marking, a polymer mailbox, pressure treated pine 4x4 post, one coat of wood stain, decal address numbers, concrete, and installation.

Q: Can you install a mailbox I purchased elsewhere?
A: Yes, we can install mailboxes purchased online or from stores. However, mailboxes requiring special assembly or installation may incur higher fees. Please provide the model name to confirm requirements.

Q: Do you install brick or stone mailboxes?
A: No, but we can refer you to a brick mason.

​

Q: Do you use concrete?
A: Yes, if requested. We typically use gravel for stabilization, which offers durability and better drainage, prolonging the post's lifespan.

Q: Do I need to stain the wood?
A: No, our posts are made from treated pine or cedar, which are naturally durable. However, unstained wood will gray over time. Staining is required to preserve the color.

Q: What stain/paint colors are available?
A: Our default stain is Sherwin Williams Super-Deck Cedar. We also offer neutral gray, dark bronze, and ultra white. Custom color matching is available for an additional fee. Staining/painting costs vary.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and checks payable to Dustin Engle.

Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is required at the time of service.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on installations.

​

Q: Do I need to call 811, OUPS, before installation?
A: No, we handle the utility marking process for you.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We offer a 10% discount on labor for military personnel. Discounts may also apply for neighbors installing mailboxes simultaneously.

Q: Can I purchase just a post or mailbox?
A: Yes, pricing varies.

Q: Do you offer larger mailboxes for packages?
A: Yes, we provide medium, large, and XL postal sizes. Our cedar mailhouses are available in medium and large sizes.

​Q: What types of numbers do you offer?
A: We use 3, 4, and 5.5-inch numbers in black, brushed nickel, and reflective finishes. White vinyl numbers are available for metal mailboxes.

​

Q: Do you service areas outside Montgomery County?
A: Yes, we do.
